What's new about the XXL trucker
A classic trucker in matte black. No logo, no extras — a clean cap for everyday wear. The news is the size: XXL fits head sizes from 62 to 65 cm, a step beyond where our standard XL reaches. The XXL minimalist trucker cap is in stock in Prague for 649 CZK — cotton front, mesh back, and a snapback that closes comfortably even at 65 cm. How we designed it for larger heads
A bigger cap isn't just a longer strap and more room at the back — that's not enough for a large head. The crown stays shallow and starts pressing after an hour. So the XXL trucker has a deeper crown that wraps around the head instead of perching on top, a wider inner band that spreads the pressure evenly, and a longer mesh panel so the snapback reaches 65 cm without strain. We take the same approach across all our caps and beanies for larger heads.
XL or XXL? How to choose
Measure your head with a soft tape or a piece of string, around the widest part, about a centimetre above the eyebrows. A step-by-step guide with photos is in the size guide.

We ship from Prague, usually within two working days. In Czechia your parcel typically arrives in a day or two, in the rest of the EU within three to seven days; we don't ship outside the EU yet. If the size doesn't sit right, you have 14 days to return it — just email info@headofwonder.com, no form needed. We'll sort a size exchange directly with you.
