Sizing
All our caps and beanies come in XL size, making them a great choice for anyone who finds regular “one-size-fits-all” too small. They’re designed for a head circumference of 61 cm, but fit well for sizes between 60 and 63 cm.

How much is the shipping cost?
In the Czech Republic, orders are delivered via Zásilkovna. Shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery method:
- Zásilkovna (pick-up point): 69 CZK
- Zásilkovna (home delivery): 89 CZK
- Free shipping on orders over 1200 CZK 🚚
In Ireland, orders are delivered via An Post:
- An Post: €5.99
- Delivery in 4–5 business days
- Free shipping on orders over €50 🚚
How long does delivery take?
We ship orders within two business days. Delivery within the Czech Republic usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery to Ireland usually takes 4–5 business days after dispatch.
How can I return a purchased item?
Doesn't your selected cap or beanie fit? Need a different style or color? No problem — you can easily return your purchased items to us.
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery; please let us know within this period that you will be returning the item by emailing info@headofwonder.com. Returned items must be new and unworn, without any signs of use. We do not cover return shipping costs.
Pack the items carefully and don't forget to include your name and order number.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned item, our team will check it within a week and confirm your refund. Depending on the payment method used, it may take a few more days for the money to appear in your bank account. Refunds are always issued using the same payment method you chose at checkout (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Prague.
How do I measure my head circumference?
Use a soft tape measure and wrap it around your head about 1 cm above your ears, across the widest part of your forehead – where the cap naturally sits. It should be snug but not tight. Measure twice and use the larger value. See our size guide for the full instructions.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the usual payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. The exact options depend on your country and are shown at checkout.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship to many countries across Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary by country – you'll see the exact details at checkout.
Are the caps adjustable?
Our caps have an adjustable strap, so they sit comfortably on round and oval heads alike. The beanies are stretchy and adapt to your head shape.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. As soon as we ship your order, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.
