for the sale of goods through the online shop located at www.headofwonder.com

1. Basic provisions

By placing a binding order in the e-shop www.headofwonder.com, operated by sole proprietor Dominik Kosorín with registered office at Nademlejnská 1088/18, 198 00, Prague 9 – Hloubětín, ID No.: 06776574, the buyer (consumer) confirms that they agree to these Terms and Conditions for the supply of goods.

The relationship between the buyer and the seller is governed by these Terms and Conditions, which are binding for both parties. These Terms and Conditions specify and clarify the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer. All contractual relationships are concluded in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

Before submitting the order, the buyer is sufficiently informed about the possibility of reviewing these Terms and Conditions and the Complaints Procedure.

2. Customer account

By registering in the online shop, the buyer may access their customer account and order goods from it. Ordering is also possible without registration.

The buyer must provide accurate and truthful information when registering and ordering. Any changes must be updated. The seller assumes that the information provided is correct.

Access to the account is secured by a username and password. The buyer must keep this confidential. The seller is not liable for misuse of the account by third parties.

The buyer is not allowed to provide access to their account to third parties.

The seller may cancel an account, in particular if it has not been used for a long time or if the buyer has breached obligations arising from the purchase contract or these Terms and Conditions.

The buyer acknowledges that the account may not always be available due to necessary maintenance of the seller’s or third parties’ hardware and software.

3. Ordering goods

The buyer agrees to the use of remote communication when concluding a purchase contract. Any related costs (internet, telephone) are borne by the buyer.

The subject of the contract is only the goods specified in the order. A valid order requires truthful completion of all required details in the order form. The order is considered a proposal for a purchase contract; the contract itself is concluded once the seller confirms the order. At this moment, mutual rights and obligations arise.

Offers and prices remain valid as long as displayed on the shop website. The seller may, depending on the nature of the order (quantity, price, shipping costs), request additional confirmation (e.g. in writing or by phone).

The seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase contract, especially with persons who have previously materially breached a purchase contract or these Terms and Conditions.

The contract and these Terms and Conditions are executed in Czech.

For any questions, please contact us at info@headofwonder.com.

We use Zásilkovna for shipping.

When receiving goods from the carrier, the buyer must check the integrity of the packaging and immediately notify the carrier of any defects. If the packaging shows signs of tampering, the buyer is not obliged to accept the parcel.

6. Exchange and return of goods

In accordance with Section 1829(1) of the Czech Civil Code, the buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt and return the goods without giving any reason and without penalty.
