How to return an item?

Does your chosen cap or beanie not fit? Need a different style or color? No problem – you can return your purchased item without any hassle.

You may return goods within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us within this period at info@headofwonder.com that you wish to return your order. You may, but are not required to, use the sample withdrawal form provided below. Returned goods must be new and unworn, with no signs of use. Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

Please pack the items carefully and don’t forget to include your name and order number.

Detailed return conditions

We apply a 14-day return period, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags or labels still attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return request, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like to get a different item quickly, the best way is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union

If the goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags or labels still attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
